General Shipping Information – ALL DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS ARE HANDLED BY AUSTRALIA POST AND ITS ASSOCIATED ENTITIES.
Domestic Orders
Standard Mail > Domestic postage rates have been listed below:
Up to 1Kg > $15 AUD
Up to 2Kg > $22 AUD
Up to 3Kg > $33.50 AUD
International Shipping
If you would like your Metrio Coffee order shipped to an international country please send our Customer Care team an email with your details to enquiry@metriocoffee.com.
An estimated delivery charge will be quoted at the time of order placement. This charge may be amended at a later date based on the weight and the geographic shipping location of the order. Delivery transit days to the recipient will vary depending upon the destination country.
Duties and taxes (including value added tax) will be the responsibility of the recipient. Metrio Coffee cannot determine the exact amount of these fees in advance, however an estimate will be provided to the purchaser prior to the time of shipping. The purchaser’s approval is needed to complete shipment.^
